Normally I am NOT a fan of anything floral. People always recommend lavender for sleep. BUT THIS SPRAY!! Absolutely smells clean , fresh, and amazing not heavy florals at all truly well balanced scent! We spray every night lightly on pillowcases, sheets and comforter as suggested and it’s so relaxing!
