Order Processing Time

All of our products are handmade to order. Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Wilks Works CT is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us atย wilksworksct@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you.

Wilks Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.ย
