Returns & Refunds

At Wilks Works CT, each item is handmade with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wilksworksct@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products (candles, room sprays, and car diffusers), we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. To request a return, please email wilksworksct@yahoo.com before sending any items back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened candles, room sprays, or car diffusers

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards
